The staff were friendly and helpful. They were really nice. the rooms are lovely and i found the bed comfortable! the shower was also great. well kept and i appreciated the good breakfast. It had lots of choice.
i did find the air conditioning a little noisy!

the location was very central. we could easily access tourist spots. i had a amore room with a view on the rossio plein, it was beautiful.
the breakfast was awful. the selection of food on offer was poor.

room upgrade excellent location helpful staff
i received a complimentary room upgrade, a good surprise (i was very charmed!). the location is excellent for exploring the city. the reception staff were very helpful during my entire stay.
the breakfast options were somewhat limited for a longer stay. after a few days, the selection became repetitive. i noticed there was only one type of pepper available (a minor detail, but worth mentioning).

i appreciated the staff's kindness and readiness to help they were always available i also enjoyed the excellent breakfast it had fresh fruit every day the soundproof windows were a plus ensuring quiet sleep i found public transport within easy walking distance too
